Morning Sessions
9:30am-12:00pm ET

Think tank facilitator Timothy B. Corcoran will lead participants through four thought provoking sessions including topics such as rethinking compensation as a driver of change, rewarding firm profitability, helping inform the satisfaction metric as it pertains to compensation, and managing expectations related to performance, culture, and pay equity.

Afternoon Workshop
1:00pm-4:45pm ET

The afternoon will consist of attendees workshopping the application of concepts learned in the morning sessions in a Zoom meeting format, moderated by Timothy B. Corcoran. All attendees are encouraged to participate via video in this interactive, hands-on workshop. Attendees will be polled to determine which topics to cover and in what depth.
